Interacts with: Chief Financial Officer, Director of Finance, Financial Operations Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, Finance Managers, IT Departments, and other staff across the firm.If the following job requirements and experience match your skills, please ensure you apply promptly.Duties/Responsibilities:Provide implementation support for Deltek Vision to Deltek Vantagepoint system upgrade.Support users and troubleshoot system issues.Provide system training to users.Perform month-end closing system activities, including preparing various preliminary month-end reports.Maintain or assist with the maintenance of the financial systems daily and monthly processes and tasks.Assist users with various ad-hoc reporting needs.Assist Systems Director in data integration from acquisitions.Review current system configurations and processes, particularly automatic processes, to ensure they function as intended and analyze/recommend areas of improvements where needed.Work with various team members in implementing system upgrades and conversions.Coordinate with the IT Infrastructure team in maintaining various financial systems servers.Prepare documentation such as training guides and system processes.Perform other duties as assigned.Required background/skills/abilities:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required; accounting degree a plus.5-10 years of experience in managing Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint system with a strong technical understanding of the system database structure.Experience in Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint system conversions and upgrades.Experience working with SQL, data extraction, data transformation, and data import.Experience working with Tableau, Power BI, or Esker is a plus.Understands the needs of end users and the context of how they will use the data to manage the business. Suggests reporting enhancements to improve decision-making.Ability to review data for accuracy and reasonableness.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently.Must be able to manage multiple assignments, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Perkins&Will offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
