This position provides executive oversight to the following departments: Quality Outcomes & Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, Medical Staff Credentialing, Infection Control, and Cardiopulmonary Services.As a member of the Hospital's Senior Management Team, participate in the financial and functional decision-making process necessary for the successful attainment of the Hospital's mission, vision, and values.Observe professional ethics in maintaining confidential information acquired concerning the personal, financial, medical, or employment status of patients of MUSC Catawba Division and their families.Experience: 10+ years experience in Quality Management, advanced organizational leadership skills, excellent written, oral, and client-facing communication skills, diverse clinical knowledge, and experience in planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating a wide variety of activities; including analyzing data, making sound recommendations, and adopting effective courses of action.Education: Clinical healthcare license/degreeLicenses/Certifications: Current license as a healthcare professionalIf you like working with energetic enthusiastic individuals, you will enjoy your career with us!The Medical University of South Carolina is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
