Job Description:Please make an application promptly if you are a good match for this role due to high levels of interest.The senior marketing strategy manager overseeing Atlantic Health Systems urgent care locations is responsible for building systemwide marketing strategies and campaigns to support the urgent care service line. Serving as the key marketing liaison to Atlantic Health Systems growing urgent care service line, the senior manager will work with the urgent care and health system leadership to understand their unique business needs and objectives to build marketing plans in support of the business needs. The senior manager of urgent care marketing strategy will become an expert in understanding the patient journey throughout the health care continuum. This person will translate service line and site business objectives into system-wide marketing strategies and ultimately actionable and measurable marketing campaigns while working in conjunction with various marketing channel subject matter experts to build integrated marketing plans across channels. The person in this role will provide marketing guidance and support while building strategic plans and deliverables to ensure the growth of key services and locations throughout Atlantic Health System's network. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in building omni-channel marketing plans informed by data and insights, excellent communication/influence skills, and a strong ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups in a matrixed environment. The senior marketing strategy manager will use KPI measures to report out on campaign results and continuously evolve marketing communications deliverables to meet our consumer's needs. The senior marketing strategy manager will have a dual reporting structure to the director of urgent care operations and to the system director of marketing strategy.RequirementsJob Functions:Manage multiple service line/site relationships across Atlantic Health System's sites of care including but not limited to: hospitals, physicians' offices, ambulatory care settings.Provide marketing guidance and planning discussions to service line and site leaders in an effort to address both short-term and long-term business needs and objectives to drive growth and awareness.Collaborate with cross-channel marketing subject matter experts in building integrated marketing plans that address service line/site business needs and objectives.Understand the various patient journeys throughout the health care continuum and provide guidance to leaders and marketing subject matter experts in executing marketing/communication strategies.Understand Atlantic Health Systems' communities and provide expert guidance in understanding Atlantic Health's demographic, socioeconomic, and competitive landscapes.Track, measure and report out on marketing measures to monitor marketing effectiveness and meet growth objectives.Serve as the key marketing liaison between service line/site leaders back to the marketing and senior leadership teams at Atlantic Health System.Partner with vendors and outside agencies in support of business objectives.Staff Manager.Other duties as assigned.Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communication.
