Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in program development, leading program initiatives, consulting, and/or training.What You'll DoMENTOR Nebraska's Associate Director, Member Engagement & Learning is an external-facing, relationship-focused, collaborative leader whose role and functional responsibilities will result in the expansion of mentoring opportunities in the state of Nebraska.In this role, you will:1. Expand and Deepen Relationships with Mentoring Organizations Statewide (40%)Facilitate & Convene Partners: Develop and execute a community outreach plan to engage mentoring programs and youth-centric spaces.Ensure Utilization of Member Benefits: Connect potential members with no-cost technical assistance and coordinate membership renewal processes.Provide Member Support & Development: Guide prospective members through the application process, offer resources, and synthesize feedback from mentoring network meetings.Vet, Develop, and Propose Training Offerings: Oversee the annual training calendar, support training consultants, and monitor opportunities for new partnerships.Supervise TA Consultants to Expand Technical Assistance: Facilitate monthly meetings, manage NMRC functions, provide cross-training, and maintain data collection and evaluation measures.3. Direct the Development of Youth Voice Strategies in Mentoring Initiatives (20%)Research, Implement, and Advance Strategies: Drive the establishment of MENTOR Nebraska's Youth Advisory Board, support mentoring organizations in enhancing youth input, and organize events to elevate youth perspectives.How to ApplyThe deadline to apply for this position was Wednesday, March 20.MENTOR Nebraska is committed to fostering an environment of diversity and inclusion for all.
