The focus of this work will be the development, testing, and delivery of MLS aware software programs based on client(s) requirements.This position supports a Federal Government client from our Lexington Park, MD location and currently requires a hybrid schedule with 3 days on-site. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.ResponsibilitiesSupport software development, software integration, customer training, and demonstrationsSupport design, deployment, and support efforts for MLS aware software programsDefine requirements and design elements for transport, compute and storage, core services, and security services components of cloud-based Unified Collaboration and Office Productivity solutionsResearch and propose solutions for network, application, and data security in accordance with NSA's RTB guidelinesGenerate white papers and design artifacts to document design options and implementation decisionsPrepare and present oral and written reports defining plans, problems, and solutionsRepresent MIL, its customers, and sponsors at high-level briefingsTravelTotal travel is expected to be approximately 10% to CONUS sitesRequired QualificationsDemonstrated experience with object-oriented software design and development8 years of experience in information technologies design and development in classified and unclassified environmentsFamiliarity with NSA's NCDSMO Raise the Bar (RTB) guidelinesExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyEffective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and provide technical support to end-usersExperience with Microsoft Office apps (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and work in a fast-paced environmentDesired QualificationsMaster's degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related technical disciplineExperience supporting clients/users within the DoD CommunityExperience with CDS and MLS solutionsExperience with NSA Raise the Bar (RTB) standardsExperience with Cameo Model-Based Systems Engineering (MSBE) toolExperience working on DoD engineering and technical services contractsEducationBachelor's degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline from an accredited college.ClearanceAll applicants for this position must possess a current Secret (or higher) clearance; please note that the clearance process takes into account financial background aspects.CompensationThe MIL Corporation values your contributions and offers a range of benefits to support your overall well-being.
