You will work with the recruiting and engineering teams to attract and hire world-class nuclear engineers and technologists. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and priorities in order to help grow the best nuclear engineering team in the world. You will work to identify and engage passive candidates and manage the full-cycle recruiting process for technical hires.ResponsibilitiesDirectly source candidates through research, messaging campaigns, social media, referral generation, and eventsConduct preliminary conversations with potential candidates about the company and the role that they are interested inEnsure that candidates are seamlessly moving through the interview processPrepare offer recommendations that align with the business requirementsWork closely with senior stakeholders in our engineering, people, and recruitment operations teams to effectively drive change and propose process improvementsStrategize on ways to successfully build talent pipelines for multiple, complex searchesPerform other duties as assigned by managerMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experienceThree plus years of experience hiring technical talent by sourcing, pitching, and closing candidatesExperience working as part of an in-house internal recruitment teamMaintain candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Jobvite and Workday experience is a plusExperience sourcing candidates across a variety of online platforms including LinkedIn RecruiterStrong ability to leverage candidate databases such as Indeed and LinkedInExcellent time management and organization skillsStrong attention to detailsStrong internal customer support of Hiring Managers and Business LeadersPassion for our nuclear reactor and fuel to power the world in the 21st century!As required by Maryland and other applicable state law, X Energy, LLC (X-energy) lists the expected compensation range for a publicly advertised job opportunity based upon the job requirements (e.g. education/training, experience, skill sets, etc.).
