You will be responsible for:Tier 2 Mac/Windows/Linux end user support and troubleshootingHands-on support of Archer's manufacturing client systemsOwn Archer's IT/manufacturing relationshipWhat You Need:7+ years hands-on experience with:Windows/Linux client & Mac OS support (including command line interface)Okta/AD account managementGoogle Workspace support: GAM / GAM AdvancedExcellent troubleshooting skills and able to resolve technical issuesSaaS application administration experience such as: Slack, Zoom, DruvaUnderstanding of cybersecurity principles and use in daily tasks and projectsKnowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.)Zebra Barcode Printer / Scanner support & configurationBonus Qualifications:Scripting (PowerShell, bash)PythonPlease note that this job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not include an exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualifications.At Archer, we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business.
