The Director reports to the Assistant Township Manager, COO.The Township seeks a high-energy, organized, proactive public utilities professional to direct a broad range of services. The ideal candidate will be an innovative, collaborative thinker ready to be an integral member of the senior management team.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering or public administration.Over 10 years of experience in utility operations.At least three years in a supervisory capacity.History of successful strategic planning.Critical thinking skills.Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree.PE (Professional Engineer) License.Experience managing in a union environment.Extensive knowledge of utility operations management.The Township offers a comprehensive and competitive salary and benefit package including a starting salary range of $110,000 - $125,000 +/- DOQ.
