TAG provides a comprehensive suite of centralized business support services that power the impact of five consumer-facing businesses: Aspen Dental, ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, WellNow Urgent Care, Chapter Aesthetic Studio, and AZPetVet.Our continued growth has created an opportunity to join our L&D team as a Manager, Learning and Development, Field & Scheduling Development.Job SummaryThe Manager is an important part of the Learning and Development team and has accountability for execution of development strategies and programs for the Field + Scheduling Center teams. This role will partner closely with the Sr Manager, Field + Scheduling Center Development, and key business partners to create and implement learning solutions that support the successful onboarding and continued growth of Field + Scheduling Center team members.Essential Responsibilities:Partner with Field + Scheduling teams subject matter experts and the broader L&D team to understand specific development needs for team members.Manage end-to-end analysis, design, development, implementation, facilitation and evaluation of programs.Design and deliver a suite of effective learning solutions, programs, tools and resources.Identify innovative and cost-effective solutions for team member development.Manage appropriate external vendors.Understand the specific needs of learners to advocate and adapt for their needs and preferences.Evaluate existing programs/content for impact and alignment with organizational needs.Use data to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop proactive actions to continuously improve learning experiences.Facilitate learning sessions and serve as a coach to other facilitators in programs.Continuously research and stay abreast of industry trends to integrate innovative methodologies and best practices.Demonstrate a commitment to professional and personal growth.Plan, organize and execute tasks and activities with urgency.Other duties as assigned.Requirements/Qualifications:Education level: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.3-5 years of relevant learning and development experience in a fast-paced organization.Understanding of adult learning theory and principles.Well versed in digital learning and blended learning strategies.Demonstrated skill in instructional design and implementing development programs.Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels in the organization.Flexibility and agility to be proactive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.Excellent facilitation skills.Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring programs/processes.Very detail-oriented & organized.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom.Ability to travel as needed.Hybrid role (some onsite presence required).For consideration; samples and/or portfolio of content design are required.Willing to relocate to Chicago; relocation assistance provided.Starting Salary: $91,000 DOE with a 10% bonus#J-18808-Ljbffr
