Additionally, this role will collaborate with hiring managers to create strategic recruitment plans, develop relationships with potential candidates, recruit both active and passive candidates, and continually work to develop and improve our recruitment processes. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Determines position requirements by studying the job description and job qualifications. Sources candidates from a variety of online tools and networks. Evaluates applicants, screens candidates to determine eligibility, conducts initial phone screens, and works with hiring managers on follow-up interviews. Posts new vacancies and prepares internal company-wide vacancy communications. Performs outreach activities via social media and professional organizations in candidate searches. Partners with the Talent Development team to support successful candidate onboarding. Partners with recruitment team to support diversity in recruitment efforts, supporting company-wide initiatives, working closely with HR and Operations to ensure full adoption, accountability, and reporting. Uses applicant tracking system and other recruiting software to track and manage applicants through the recruitment and selection process. Continually updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; internal company and team trainings; maintains personal networks; participates in professional development opportunities. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS Mentors associates through instruction, coaching, providing real-time on-the-job experiences, modeling effective practices, and advising on methods used. Contact with members of team and internal teams regarding general information, resolution of issues, inquiries, or reporting requirements. Contact with candidates and internal teams regarding follow-up on inquiries, open workflow, etc. May perform other duties as required and assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in human resources, or similar field. 5-8 years of experience in recruitment or similar background. KNOWLEDGE HR software, specifically Cerdian Dayforce. Background screening platforms, specifically HireRight. Microsoft Office Suite. Adobe Acrobat. SKILLS AND ABILITIES Excellent client service skills with an aptitude for maintaining strong intercompany relationships. Ability to multi-task between different tasks and internal demands throughout the day. Dedication to achieving high standards of professionalism in the performance of duties.
