Description:Networking with the various departments at our client sites, in order to promote the concept of our customer-driven, service-oriented approach of doing businessBecoming the conduit of communication between us and a client, ensuring that our technical, quality and operations teams address every client need competently and timelyHandling all of the transactional aspects of each client relationship, including normal incoming orders as well as emergencies such as new product launchesWorking closely with the sales team to coordinate our business development efforts by alerting sales representatives about business opportunities as well as potential pitfalls in our transactionsMonitoring incoming business volume to ensure that we continuously meet volume expectationsEnsuring that our operations, quality and technical teams have the proper specifications to produce every client orderThe bilingual customer service representative position is responsible for providing customer service assistance to English- and Spanish-speaking customers. This position reports to the customer service manager.Requirements:The positions are located in Sanford, NC and Clifton NJ; all candidates must be within commuting distance from either one of these locationsThere is some travel time required, both local and air travelCandidates must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
