We are committed to creating a nurturing, family-like atmosphere where staff develop meaningful relationships with residents and where exceptional patient outcomes are the standard.Responsibilities of the Licensed Nursing Aide (LNA):Assist short-term patients and long-term residents in accomplishing activities of daily living (ADLs), personal hygiene, medical care needs and meals.Join in care plan interventions and work with residents and their family members to attain and maintain the highest level of independence and maximize participation in their day.Perform vital sign checks and participate in other routine monitoring of medical and social care needs.Support patients and residents with meaningful activities that match their preferences and abilities.Participate on various committees to share feedback and participate with other departments to create the highest practicable quality of care standards.Requirements of the Licensed Nursing Aide (LNA):Current certification from stateCurrent/active CPR certification, preferred.Effective verbal and written English communication skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.Able to stand and/or walk for more than four (4) hours per day.Able to bend and/or stoop for more than one (1) hour at a time.
