Responsible for staff training and development, staff meetings, and coordination between family services programs and other areas of the agency.RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for the quality of life and general welfare for all clients and staff.Monitors overall quality assurance of services provided to our clients.Implements Project Hospitality's policies, procedures, and philosophies as they relate to homeless family service delivery.Responsible for budget spending, monitoring, and preparation.On-call support for all supervisory staff and intervenes in crises and emergencies within the shelter.Serves on the clinical team to interface with other directors agency-wide.Liaison to DHS coalition and other coalitions as they directly relate to the administration of the facility.Coordinates program development and enhancement of programs on-site at the facility.Coordinates all case conferences.Participates in and leads weekly inter-disciplinary team meetings.Assists in the development of interdisciplinary treatment philosophy and treatment planning.Position requires a Master's degree in a related field with previous administrative experience, preferably working with our population or comparable experience. Bilingual Spanish speaking highly preferred. Need to establish workload priorities and balance diverse projects. Must have exceptional communication skills both orally and in writing, with individuals and groups regarding complex and sensitive issues or regulations. Physical ability to perform the essential job functions is needed. In addition, the Program Director shall perform any duties as required to meet the needs of the program and the clients we serve.
