Join us.The mission of the Brand Innovation team is to help businesses achieve their true branding goals with flexibility, efficiency, and creativity, while seamlessly marrying TikTok's most compelling user experiences into branding experiences.As the Product Marketing Manager for Brand Ad Solutions, you will be responsible for setting and executing the go-to-market strategy in partnership with key cross-functional stakeholders to showcase why TikTok is the destination for customers to build their brand. You will partner closely with various cross-functional stakeholders in business marketing, product management, and sales to assess key gaps and develop the strategic direction for our branding solutions offerings.You will use your experience and marketing knowledge working with brands to develop the GTM strategy across our portfolio of branding ad products, bring together cross-functional stakeholders, and align with senior product leadership around the strategy. You understand market trends, have a passion for storytelling, and have experience applying your knowledge to positively influence advertisers and agencies.Responsibilities:As part of the broader brand product team, you will partner with Product, Sales, Measurement, and Business Marketing to determine a strategy of how we can drive advertisers to build their brands on TikTok by utilizing our branding ad products.Help define the research plan, positioning, and narrative strategy of TikTok's innovative branding ad products, ensuring clear communication of product and platform value propositions to the market.Partner closely with the sales team to deeply understand and synthesize market needs and pain points to inform the direction of our strategy development.Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional programs and initiatives to drive adoption.Build an understanding of the most nascent TikTok advertising and measurement products and translate this into a narrative for advertisers to understand how they can leverage these products to achieve their branding goals.Qualifications:BA/BS degree or above.4+ years of product marketing or product management experience with digital ad products.3+ years of experience from the digital advertising industry.Strong knowledge of branding solutions for different industries.Strong knowledge of sales and marketing processes.Ability to build strong compelling narratives and ability to simplify marketing messaging to resonate with different audiences.Ability to gather market insights to inform strategic decisions.A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking.A commercial mindset with experience building business cases from market research and analysis.Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life.
