The video production team at Hyperspace Ventures acts as an internal agency for the entire company's needs. We create everything from content promos, product and brand videos, and commercials, to sales and internal communications videos. As part of the video production team, the videographer will work closely with the creative team partners to edit and help produce videos in promotion of Hyperspace Ventures and all of its content and initiatives. We are looking for a whip-smart, skilled, passionate, and whole-hearted creative to join our collaborative and hard-working team.Responsibilities of the role:Edit and collaborate on long form (5+ hour) projectsConcept and edit trailers, teasers, and short form marketing materialMaintain highest quality standards and organization from logging to deliveryRequirements:2-6 years as an editor in a professional post-production environmentExcited to work with a small interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced environmentExpert in Adobe Premiere CC and Media EncoderProficient in After Effects CC, Photoshop CCAbility to work in all HD, UHD, and digital video formats including all variations of compression formats and their different uses in the production environmentExperience with delivery/preparation of files for color correction and post-production sound housesPreferably experienced in editing across multiple mediums: documentaries, short-form, narrative, music videos, commercials a plusGo-to person for troubleshooting workflows, render or export problems and have the ability to calmly guide people to the right solutionAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesFamiliar and comfortable collaborating in the edit bay with a producerExtreme attention to detailPossess a strong sense of story and rhythm, color grading, music and audio, and good communicationBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
