Sr Technical RecruiterIf you are considering sending an application, make sure to hit the apply button below after reading through the entire description.Hiring Manager: Mimi FrenchJob DescriptionBTS is seeking a Sr Technical Recruiter to execute full life cycle recruiting to support multiple DoD and IC national security programs. The Recruiter will identify, review, screen, and submit candidates to applicable program recruiting systems. The Recruiter will establish and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders across multiple operating groups within BTS, its partners, and candidates. The Recruiter must thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities change, and efforts are seamlessly re-dedicated to meet objectives and goals. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively are essential to the Recruiter's success. The successful Recruiter will have a must-win attitude and a team-player mentality.Duties And ResponsibilitiesProvide recruiting support on fully funded requisitions and proposal (future) requisitions.Responsible for meeting staffing goals.Ensure programs supported are at required staffing levels, as determined by leadership.Pre-screen applicants against LCAT openings and ensure candidates meet documented LCAT requirements.Apply knowledge of key labor category requirements, to include understanding DOD 8570 certifications, commercial certifications, cyber, and intelligence (language, analysis, collection management) skillsets.Track recruiting activities and execute recruiting compliance requirements.Maintain courteous, professional, and effective working relationships with the recruiting team, BTS hiring managers and partners, and candidates.Build and maintain requisitions in the applicant tracking system.Engage fully with Recruiting leadership and hiring managers on LCAT requirements, candidate evaluation, selection, and processing.Respond to proposal efforts by researching new requirements, conducting salary surveys, assisting with the transition, and following through with staffing plans.Proactively develop and apply new sourcing methodologies to actively identify, cultivate, and grow target candidate pools of top talent in a highly competitive market.Participation in Leadership meetings as requested.Additional duties and responsibilities will be determined and assigned by Recruiting leadership to meet BTS program goals.Required Qualifications6+ years of recruiting experience in the Federal Industry.2-3 years of experience recruiting to Intelligence programs. (primarily SIGINT and Cyber, but may also be HUMINT, OSINT, All-Source etc.)Experience sourcing and recruiting individuals with high-level security clearances, up to FSP level, in the DoD and Intelligence Community.Experience recruiting veterans and military personnel transitioning to civilian life.Knowledge and understanding of military, DoD acronyms, and security clearance processes.Ability to qualify candidates by applying LCAT requirements against resumes.Proficiency in using MS Excel as a tracking and reporting tool.Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written).Team player mentality.Excellent organizational and analytic skills, with an ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.Nice To HaveExperience with MS Teams.Experience with Clear Company ATS.Knowledge of OFCCP regulations in relation to talent acquisition and recruiting.Company OverviewBTS Software Solutions is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business who are community-focused innovators who transform ideas into technology to serve people.
