This role will focus on leading product strategy innovation and development, and overall enhancement of the travel program. This role will also lead the Digital journey by managing platform product releases to deliver a best in class digital experience to customers.This role will be responsible for the following:Design and deliver a seamless and rewarding customer experience for Citi Travel clientsIdentifies innovations and leads "test and learn" experiments to create platform products that increase customer valueDefines and measures the KPIs for a platform productIs able to make trade-off decisions on multiple platform verticals in a productDevelops business and platform requirementsEvaluate the potential to leverage and implement our travel eco system with other strategic partnersEvolve the Citi Travel product roadmap to exceed customer expectations, build new revenue streams, increase share of market and obtain competitive positioning.Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality executionActively drive year over year growth, including, but not limited to, increasing customer transactions, customer visits and overall engagementManage external partners and ongoing relationships related to Citi TravelQualifications:Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.Project management and governance experience with the proven ability to develop project plans and drive a diverse group of stakeholders to identify and achieve milestones within deadlines.Superior organizational skills, with proven ability to successfully manage multiple, concurrent priorities in addition to strong judgment and critical thinking skills.Self-motivated with a passion for establishing and maintaining a culture of control within the business.Demonstrated relationship management skills with ability to deepen relationships, build partnerships, and influence a group of diverse stakeholders across the businesses and key functional support areas.Detail oriented, with proven ability to question and identify opportunities within existing processes and business practices by leveraging previous experiences and knowledge of the business.Deep functional knowledge of Credit Card Rewards is a plus.Pragmatic problem-solver, forward thinker with independence of thought.Job Family Group: Consumer SalesJob Family: Consumer Product SalesTime Type: Full timePrimary Location: Wilmington Delaware United StatesPrimary Location Full Time Salary Range: $125,760.00 - $188,640.00In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
