Position Overview The Director of Human Resources will serve as a key strategic leader, driving HR initiatives that align with the company's mission of innovation and growth. This role is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that foster a high-performance culture, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. The Director will work closely with senior leadership to shape the talent strategy and ensure that the company attracts, develops, and retains the best talent in the industry. Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement human resources strategies that align with corporate goals and drive overall business success.Develop and execute mid- to long-term HR plans that align with the company's strategic objectives; performance management, employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits management and HR systems and analytics.Lead recruitment, employee development, and retention efforts, optimizing workforce structure to support business growth.Oversee daily operations, budgeting, and expense management for the HR department.Mentor and coach, a team of HR professionals, fostering growth and ensuring alignment with HR best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Strategic-level HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, PHRi) preferred.10+ years of comprehensive HR management experience, ideally in a manufacturing, engineering, or energy-related company.5+ years of experience working in a multinational corporation, particularly in a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing industry.8+ years of leadership or managerial experience.Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including talent management, labor laws, and organizational development.Ability to lead and influence at all levels of the organization, from factory floor to executive leadership.Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.Strong understanding of global cultures with a high degree of professionalism and open-mindedness.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in both English and Chinese.Willingness and ability to travel internationally.#J-18808-Ljbffr
