Cypress Health Partners is looking for an experienced Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growth-oriented organization. Offering exceptional, innovative chiropractic and physical therapy services, our dedicated professionals strive to restore each individual's maximal function.Please read the information in this job post thoroughly to understand exactly what is expected of potential candidates.Reporting directly to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, the Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, profiling, and qualifying clinical candidates for our rapidly growing company. An engaging personality, strong phone presence, sense of humor, and professional image are keys to the success of this role. The Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist nurtures potential candidates, utilizing telephone, text, and email recruitment campaigns. As a brand ambassador, this role drives candidates to apply through effectively telling our employer value proposition and the opportunity this creates for potential candidates to advance their career. This is a collaborative role, working closely with hiring managers to build a team of talented individuals who will support a patient-centered model of care.This position is a remote opportunity with the option to be in-office if you desire. Can do a hybrid model.This position will service our New York market, which is our second largest state; familiarity with Upstate New York is a must.Essential Functions:Owns clinical candidate sourcing, profiling, and qualifyingFosters positive relationships with hiring managers on clinical roles for current and future hiring needsUtilizes a proactive sourcing approach for all clinical vacancies leveraging multiple recruiting sources (social media, ATS, job boards, networking, internet/X-Ray searches, company targets, CRM, referrals, etc.) and techniques to identify and engage applicants and build a pool of high-value applicants.Finds, engages, and activates passive candidates through a combination of deep company knowledge, leveraging multiple sourcing tools, and crafting compelling outreach about career opportunities.Evaluates resumes and screens potential candidates to assess fit with requirements.Owns the initial point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive experience and seamless hand-off to the hiring manager and interview team.Records, maintains, and tracks candidate activities in CRM/ATSStays current on external recruiting and hiring trends.Conducts initial phone screens of candidates and develops a candidate profile to share with the hiring manager, ensuring a warm handoff prior to an in-person interview.Manages all candidate communications in CRM/ATSProvides positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback of the progress and next steps in the hiring process.Presents the verbal offer to the candidate and coordinates the creation and sending of offer letters and New Hire Forms.Maintains regular and punctual attendance.Complies with all company policies and proceduresPerforms other duties as assigned.Salary Range: $85-$115,000Requirements:2+ years of Talent Acquisition/Staffing experience sourcing and hiring high-quality candidatesStrong academics, BA/BS degree (or an equivalent degree) requiredAbility to work independentlyAbility to multi-task and respond to multiple demandsDemonstrated effective communication, presentation, and professional skillsPositive attitude and willingness to handle whatever is neededUnderstanding of sourcing techniques including but not limited to social media, job boards, organization research and mapping, market research, proactive candidate outreach, and networkingProven ability to provide a consultative, white-glove candidate experienceFluency in web-based recruiting tools, including social media and job boards, and applicant tracking systems.Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externallyPreferred Qualifications:Healthcare agency recruiting/sourcing experience strongly preferred.We offer a competitive salary, benefits, and PTO as well as various opportunities for professional growth through expanded responsibilities over time.Applicants must exemplify the core values of being: Compassionate, Growth-Oriented, Committed to Health & Wellness, Energetic & Enthusiastic, Committed to Service & Quality, Value Teamwork & Dedication, Strong Character: Professionalism, Integrity, Humility.Cypress Health Partners is an Equal Opportunity employer.
