Computer Support Specialist II

Accountable for other technical system(s) other than computers. Manage and/or create information technology related systems involving both computers and other equipment. Incumbents perform routine and non-routine technical support tasks in support of information systems and users. Routine tasks are recurring and are accomplished following established work methods or procedures. Incumbents set a majority of priorities and the more technical network problems are referred to the Network Administrator for resolution.
