New York Bar Admission required.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide status updates, legal analysis, and legal strategy recommendations to clientsHandle a large caseload, including all aspects of matters from assignment to conclusion under the supervision of Senior AttorneysComprehensive review of all conditions precedent to filing of the action, including review of loan documents, financials, and demand lettersDraft and review pleadings and correspondence in connection with foreclosure actionsEnsure all internal systems are updated to include findings, documentation, and recommendationsExercise the highest degree of confidentiality and professionalismSafeguard compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements, as applicableParticipate in and attend court conferences, mediation and motion practiceRequisite Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesStrong negotiation skillsSuperior time management skillsAbility to work independentlyMeticulous analytical skills - i.e. demonstrate an excellent ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendationsAdvanced written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skillsIntermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skillsRequired Education & TrainingJuris Doctor from an accredited law schoolNew York State Bar MembershipBasic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control strongly preferredSalary range is $75,000-$85,000.
