We are Brand New School.What We're Looking forLeading design and creative studio Brand New School is seeking a Senior Producer for a full-time hybrid role at our LA studio.Our team is creative, energetic, widely respected and full of talented, intelligent artists. With ~60 employees across the United States, we are a tight community with one common goal - making great work.Responsibilities IncludeProducing high-level creative content for a variety of platforms, while remaining on-budget and on-scheduleProblem solving and creative thinking that will enable creative teams to thriveMaintaining detailed cost tracking and schedulingEstablishing strong client relationships while managing their expectationsInterpreting and clearly communicating client direction to creative teamsAdhering to our creative process that positions us to make great workQualificationsA minimum of four years of experience producing design driven work: motion graphics, VFX and CGMeticulous attention to detail and quality controlAt ease with working and learning in a collaborative and creative environmentProven ability to meet the creative challenges associated with producing exceptional work while satisfying the demands of clientsExtensive experience managing artist in post workflows and software: 2D, 3D, live action / VFX integration, After Effects, Maya, Nuke, Cinema 4D, Photoshop, Premier, and Flame (an ability to operate these software packages is NOT required)BenefitsCompetitive salaryHealth, dental, vision, life and disability insuranceOne Medical accountCompany sponsored continued educationPeer bonus systemGenerous PTO / sick leaveCompany administered 401(k) planApple Fitness+ digital membership (12 month)Dog friendly work environment Salary Range$100,000 - $135,000Brand New School attracts a team with unique skillsets and varying levels of experience.
