We work collaboratively to drive client success.FRB is currently hiring an experienced litigation associate for its Rockville Centre office (with 2-5 years of experience) to join its Litigation Practice Group.Qualifications:Required: 2-5 years of experience at a law firm or government performing work in litigation, including regular direct contact with clients and responsibility for complex matters.Required: Experience coordinating matters in New York State and Federal courts through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motions, oral argument, discovery, expert development, and trial.Case management experience.Superior research and writing skills.Experience in Supreme Court in Nassau County or five boroughs of NYC.Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.Must be admitted to the New York Bar.Perks:Robust benefits package, including life and disability insurance, 401(k) match, and contribution toward health insurance premiums.Flexible work hours and location (partial remote schedule available).Transparent communication between the department and the firm at large.Encouragement of continuing education (both presenting and attending), networking, and suggestions to improve firm operations.Mentorship about technical aspects of law practice and how to build a book of business.Salary range: 120K-200K#J-18808-Ljbffr
