This position will focus on managing and enhancing our internal communications, social media presence, corporate website and corporate social responsibility activities. The Director will ensure that all communication initiatives align with the company's mission and core values, effectively engaging both internal and external stakeholders.RESPONSIBILITIESInternal Communications:Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communication strategy to keep employees informed and engaged.Create and manage content for internal communications, announcements, and other communication channels.Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure consistent messaging across the company.Collaborate cross-functionally to prepare communications for the executive committee and board of directors.Social Media Communications:Lead the strategy and execution of the company's social media presence to build and maintain a strong brand image.Develop content and campaigns that reflect the company's core values and promote its mission.Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content and engagement.Corporate Website Management:Oversee the content and design of the corporate website, ensuring it reflects the company's brand and values.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to keep the website current with company news, events, and other relevant content.Manage the relationship with the external vendor responsible for maintaining the website, ensuring timely updates and smooth functionality.Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):Develop and implement CSR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's core values and mission.Create and manage content related to CSR activities and achievements, ensuring visibility and engagement with both internal and external audiences.Monitor and report on the impact and effectiveness of CSR programs, using insights to refine strategies and enhance outcomes.Serve as the primary point of contact for CSR-related inquiries and coordinate with external partners and organizations involved in CSR initiatives.Content Development:Create, edit, and oversee the production of high-quality written and visual content for internal and external audiences.Ensure that all communications are consistent with the company's brand voice and messaging.Stakeholder Engagement:Act as a key point of contact for communication-related inquiries from internal teams and external partners.Develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment across the organization.REQUIRED LEADERSHIP BEHAVIORSHeadKnow our BusinessThink CriticallyDecideExecuteHeartCollaborateDevelopCommunicateEmbrace AuthenticityGutsBe DisruptiveEvolveKEY COMPETENCIESStrategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement communication strategies that align with business objectives.Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders.Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, with a proactive and flexible approach.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.8+ years of experience in corporate communications, with a strong background in internal communications, social media management, and website content management.Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is strongly preferred.Proven ability to create and execute successful communication strategies.Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.Experience managing external vendors and agencies.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Pay Range: $203,110 - $218,285 USDCollegium is an equal opportunity employer.
