THE WORK TKO provides systems engineering, software development, data science and cloud development and engineering services to the Cyber Infrastructure Solutions customer. The services enable the Data Transformation, Malware Analysis, and Cyber Threat Intelligence processing and sharing capabilities for the customer, fulfilling mission objectives and offering actionable information to detect and mitigate cyber threats. The contract has several locations in Maryland and a small contingent in Texas. WHO YOU ARE You are a system engineer with strong project management skills in order to provide the engineering and project management for end-to-end data flows in support of the Data Transformation Solutions (DTS) TTO. You have experience eliciting and refining requirements, and scheduling work breakdown to deliverables. You have experience documenting artifacts, and can provide roadmaps and schedules for implementing end-to-end data flows, including transformation into a standard data model. You have a good understanding of the customer data flow architecture. You have experience with Cyber Security Directorate and related data flows. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: A High School Diploma or GED plus sixteen (16) years of general systems engineering experience OR A Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field plus ten (10) years of systems engineering experience. OR A Master's or PhD degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience. REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Ability to critically think through complex data flow problems, break down effort into manageable tasks, and create/maintain scope out of sometimes vague customer requirements. Highly organized and comfortable with customer engagement and managing large scale efforts. Good working skills with Atlassian products such as Confluence and Jira Good understanding of data flow processes Understands system-to-system connections for data flow processes Familiar with data formats such as CSV, JSON, PCAP and XML Knows why a streaming object transport format is needed Have experience with Cyber Security Directorate and related data flows CLEARANCE LEVEL: TS/SCI w/Poly SP OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION YOU SHOULD KNOW Expression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
