The company focuses on short-haul, business to business (B2B) logistics for the retail industry, enabling its customers to optimize their hub-and-spoke supply chain operations, enhance inventory pooling across multiple locations, reduce labor costs and meet an unprecedented demand for contactless delivery.About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join us and to play a key role in expanding our hardware engineering team. You will work closely with our leadership team and focus on reducing our time-to-hire and ensuring we attract top talent to support our mission.This role will be onsite 5 days a week in our Mountain View headquarters.What you will doStrategically plan and be responsible for pipeline of candidates and maintain their interest throughout the recruiting processSource, engage, and evaluate top-tier technical hardware talentConsistently generate a healthy pipeline of quality candidates by driving innovative initiatives across branding, events, and employee referral channelsOptimize for speed and quality of engineering hiresBuild and manage relationships with top talentStay current with tech and autonomous vehicle industry newsCollaborate with HR leads to follow new programs and processesDeliver results in a fast-paced work environmentContribute to the design of Gatik's hiring workflows (e.g., hiring plan, job specifications, interviewing panels, etc.) and achieve hiring goalsAct as an ambassador for Gatik's mission, values and employee value propositionScale and improve upon existing recruiting practices and processes; optimizing for candidate experience, efficiency and quality of hireUtilize creative sourcing techniques to build candidate pipelinesInfluence leadership on, and suggest improvements about, the hiring process using insight gleaned from data and experience partnering with hiring teamsBe committed to building an inclusive and diverse workforce, including participation in driving equity, inclusion, and diversity initiatives within the recruiting processEngage and assess passive talent by staying abreast of market trends, promoting Gatik milestones, driving recruiting activities, and conducting in-depth interviewsWhat we're looking for5+ years of technical recruiting experience working with hardware engineering candidates and clients2+ years of in-house (corporate or start-up) recruiting experienceExperience working closely with engineering leadershipTrack record of success in a competitive market and various industriesProven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipelineA strong network of potential hiresExtensive knowledge of talent and recruiting landscapeExcellent communication and presentation skillsAnalytical/data-oriented approach to handling your recruiting funnel and working with your hiring partnersBonus PointsExperience recruiting within the AV industryProven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environmentPrior experience supporting scaled career fairs, hiring events and university eventsRelationships with research departments at top engineering graduate schoolsTaking care of our teamAt Gatik, we connect people of extraordinary talent and experience to an opportunity to create a more resilient supply chain and contribute to our environment's sustainability.
