Develop and implement integrated loyalty marketing plansBelow covers everything you need to know about what this opportunity entails, as well as what is expected from applicants.Work with marketing teammates, other internal departments, and agency partners to set loyalty marketing strategy and identify tactics within budget.Serve as launch lead for loyalty tactical execution and sell-in opportunities.Partner with Brand/Portfolio team to align on professional marketing materials including sales materials, B2B/B2C, in-office promotional materials, and annual promotional calendar for in-practice and pull-through assets of Portfolio/Loyalty campaigns.Create promotional plans and tactics that differentiate Merz loyalty offerings and drive growth in the market.Work with Veeva Vault coordinator to ensure Promotional Review Committee oversight; and oversee production process as well as rollout to stakeholders.Lead strategic field implementation plan to ensure internal stakeholders are properly prepared for launches, positioning, messaging, and competitive comparisons.Manage campaign/engagement plans based on insights, if/when pivots are needed based on campaign performance outcomes.Regularly monitor and share industry trends, competitive programs, and best practices. Prepare and schedule regular team briefings on latest trends, competitive activities, consumer and cultural trends that may be relevant to our members and customers.Ability to synthesize data and derive insights, to effectively translate into clear insights and provide actionable recommendations, to drive program development strategy.Partner closely with CRM and digital engagement teams to build content for test-and-learn methodologies to identify what content resonates and creates actions with our target audience.Launch finished materials for sales and other stakeholder usage, inclusive of uploading to various online portals, field communications, and sharing documents with other internal teams for consistent use.Tracking and reporting of material usage and management of inventory.Strategic project management supportSupport Director of Loyalty with all strategic initiatives, inclusive of system development and launch activities.Active communication with Director of Loyalty, inclusive of problem/solution management, project development updates, and regular 1:1s.Collaborate with Customer Success, Brand Marketing, HCP Education, and Internal training teams to ensure proactive learning and sharing of materials and needs.Understanding of digital platforms - including but not limited to loyalty, CRM and marketing automation platforms - to ensure proper business requirements gathering required for successful execution.Ideal candidate will have understanding of digital development process, with the ability to provide detailed business requirements needed to ensure successful development outcomes as aligned with digital development team and vendors.Other duties as assigned, and function skills related to roleDecision making authority - within established guidelines, perform duties with minimal direction. Perform with minimal supervision tasks required to successfully complete assigned projects.Provide systematic and dependable follow up, as well as a high level of organization and preparedness.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation and as a relationship builder.Display excellent communication skills including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills in working cross-functionally and including the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure.Display engaging interpersonal skills including the ability to think and act strategically, provide sound judgement, and provide positive and energetic attitude.Travel to include participation at select customer events and quarterly field ride-alongs for the purpose of gathering customer engagement and field insights.Attend various industry events as representation of the loyalty team.Professional Experience7+ years of marketing or project management experience required.Existing knowledge or interest in Medical Aesthetics preferred.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesA solution centric mindset with a self-starter mentality, confidence to problem solve autonomously.Strong digital development management and/or marketing skills with experience of managing multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish.Executive presence and professional demeanor.Proven ability to project confidence, credibility, and poise in all interactions.Ability to develop strong internal and external customer relations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
