Family Life Ministries has an opening for a full-time Digital Program Director. Family Life, in its 67 th  year of ministry, has plans to build a new world-class headquarters in Corning, NY that will allow for the growth and expansion of our performing arts, events, and Hope & Healing counseling ministry departments, as well as our regional radio network which consists of nearly 70 broadcast signals in New York and Pennsylvania. Please fill out an online application and email resume to davemargalotti@  or mail to Family Life: POB 506; Bath, NY 14810.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESOversee Family Life's digital platforms including music streams and podcastsCreate ideas and strategies for expanding outreach and impact through digital platformsManage music scheduling and library maintenance for multiple Christian music streamsWrite and produce imaging and other creative elements for multiple Christian music streamsEnhance listening experience and leverage ways to build relationships with digital consumersDevelop and produce new ideas for podcasts that align with the mission of the ministryOversee production and promotion of existing podcastsReport to Director of Radio OperationsAttend weekly staff meetings and other departmental meetings as requiredOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSMust maintain a positive Christian testimony through a vibrant, active, and strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ.Experience with GSelector, or similar music scheduling programExperience with Zetta, or similar automation systemExperience with Adobe Audition CS6, or similar digital audio workstationCreative imaging skills including writing and audio productionKnowledge of trends in digital media and digital media consumptionAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously and complete assigned tasks on timeAbility to work well in a creative and collaborative environmentA desire to use ones' talents to glorify the Lord and grow followers of ChristSALARY$40,000- $50,000/ yearThe initial compensation for the chosen candidate is determined by various job-related elements such as education, experience, and training.
