Are you a highly organized and systematic Marketing professional, with proven experience of working with major brands from within a retail environment?Please double check you have the right level of experience and qualifications by reading the full overview of this opportunity below.Can you create and implement a program of initiatives and brand activations to drive incremental sales and elevate the guest (customer) experience on board?Do you have excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills?If so, the Senior Marketing Manager opportunity could be the perfect role for you.About The RoleThe role will translate the Marketing strategy to the particular needs of the US based cruise lines, ensuring that all initiatives are designed, implemented, and measured in accordance with it - bearing in mind the demographic needs, product assortment, and budget considerations for each cruise line. There will be responsibility for marketing plans and associated budgets for the key US cruise lines, and for the delivery, measurement, and optimization of all initiatives.You will provide leadership and clarity to the US team (Marketing Exec and a Digital Content Creator), and interface with the UK-based Marketing function. You will be the key contact for Harding+ Buyers, Merchandisers, and Ops relating to the US cruise lines for all marketing support, and for the cruise line Onboard Revenue teams themselves.This role offers huge scope to get involved in a rapidly growing, international and exciting retail business.
