We are currently looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy individual to fill a Product Demonstration Specialist position in our organization.Maximise your chances of a successful application to this job by ensuring your CV and skills are a good match.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our SaaS offerings (or willingness to learn), including all benefits, features, and functionalities, and possess the ability to effectively communicate its value proposition to potential clients. The Product Demonstration Specialist will be responsible for staying up to date on product updates and enhancements, understanding the needs of our target audience, and delivering compelling presentations highlighting how our product can benefit their organizations.Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead product demonstrations for potential clients, both in-person and virtually, showcasing our product's key features and benefits.Keep up to date on the latest features, updates, and functionalities of our product: which includes supporting UAT processes and participating in product feature requests and updates.Conduct thorough research to understand the business needs and challenges of clients who support individuals with developmental disabilities.Develop a deep understanding of the high-level value proposition of our product and how it can address the specific needs of potential clients.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop tailored demonstration strategies.Customize demonstrations to address the unique requirements and concerns of each potential client.Function as a trusted advisor to potential clients, providing expert guidance on how our product can improve their operations and outcomes.Gather feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to continually improve our demonstration process and messaging.Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Knowledge Coordinator in the development of sales collateral, including presentations, demos, and case studies.Qualification & Required SkillsKnowledge of developmental disabilities and the challenges faced by individuals and organizations in this field.Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and compellingly.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated passion for helping others and making a positive impact in the community.Other Skills / AbilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Demonstrate the ability to work independently, collaboratively, or leading a team while remaining agile and flexible in a rapidly changing environment and managing multiple competing prioritiesDisplay initiative and a positive attitudePossess strong strategic-thinking skills with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practicesConsultative approach with clientsRequired Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.1 - 3 years of previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the field of technology. developmental disabilities or healthcare.The salary range for this position is $32 - $37 per hour.What eVero OffersWe are proud to offer a competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits package.
