Learn more by visiting .The Catering Director is a key leadership role that is responsible for leading the catering operations at a large account or coordinating multiple catering outlets at a single account. The Senior Catering Services Manager is responsible for planning and the execution of catering orders and special events. Additionally, this position will lead all aspects of and advise the catering team to implement all events in line with customer expectations.COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position ranges from $85,000 to $95,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if applicable to the position). This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and complete catering solutions to meet customers' needsDevelop and maintain effective client and customer rapportDeliver consistent quality in planning and carrying out eventsFacilitate the delivery of prepared food built from banquet event ordersAssist clients in planning special events and providing creative solutions to clients' needsTrain and direct catering employees to ensure catering and events standards are followed ensuring quality in final presentationProvide completed Banquet Event Orders to team and handle quality assurance with all requestsResponsible for delivering sales, food, and labor targets and maintaining department budgetsResponsible for execution of catering events of varied size and scope including staffing and managementEnsure accurate reporting of all catering related revenue, expenses, and receivablesRecruit, train, schedule, and lead Catering teamEnsure compliance with all food, occupational and environmental safety policiesAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
