Then join us at Databricks to lead the engineering compliance charter!We're looking for a passionate Technical Program Manager to lead the compliance programs across our Engineering organization.You will lead the development of comprehensive compliance programs in collaboration with legal, security, and engineering teams.You will identify potential regulatory challenges and develop solutions to address them.You'll ensure compliance requirements are integrated early and effectively into product development, in collaboration with product and engineering leadership, following a "shift left" approach.You'll maintain up-to-date documentation and processes that support ongoing compliance efforts.You'll adjust our strategies based on current industry standards, regulations, and best practices.What we look for:7+ years of relevant experience leading Technical Programs/Tech Audit/Compliance programsExperience with privacy/security/finance/AI regulation (e.g. GDPR/SOX/Security compliance) requirementsBachelor's degree in a related field (EE, Computer Science, IT, Accounting, or Finance). The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks uses the full width of the range.
