Major Responsibilities Achieve company census and mix goals and partner with CEO, leadership team, and operations to achieve annual budget projections. Hire, train, and supervise sales and marketing team. Provide training in admission, managing hospital relationships, business development, and customer satisfaction to key personnel in the company. Maintain knowledge of current regulations governing Medicare, Medicaid and Managed Care reimbursement. Also, be familiar with Medicare Value Based Purchasing initiatives such as Accountable Care Organizations and Bundled Payments for Care Improvement. Participate in meetings with Accountable Care Organizations and other value-based purchasing organizations. Support efforts to improve scorecard metrics such as reduced length of stay, avoidable re-admissions, etc. Engage the Medical Directors at a center level to improve medical support. Monitor effectiveness of adherence to company's Territory Management System and assist sales and marketing team in training and implementation when needed. Assist in development and implementation of company's business development plan. Responsible for preparation of annual budgets, in conjunction with leadership team, operations, and CEO, which include analysis and recommendations of occupancy percent, rate structures, promotional budgets, and product development. Participate in the company's quality improvement process by tracking and trending the level of customer satisfaction, reporting these results to the CEO, leadership, and operations and assisting in the development of plans for improvement when necessary. Provide innovative, responsible healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes to achieve superior results as well as the development of a successful management team. Minimum Qualifications Must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a Healthcare field, or related functional business discipline. Master's Degree is preferred. Must live in the state of North Carolina. Minimum of eight (8) years proven management experience. Must possess five (5) years' experience in business development and healthcare sales.
