Reporting to the VP of HR, this is a highly visible position where a successful candidate will possess the ability to lead through influence and play a decisive role in the future success and growth of the organization.Responsibilities:Collaborate with HR and Operations Leadership Team to implement strategic initiatives resulting in continuous improvement, enhanced employee engagement, improved working relationships, and positive business results.Identify high-performing, high potential individuals to help build plant bench strength and succession planning.Develop and implement strategies for sourcing, attracting, and retaining a talented and skilled workforce.Lead and execute programs through local leadership and the Human Resources Managers that builds and sustains a culture of high employee engagement and sense of belonging.Research and identify strategic opportunities that position compensation programs and practices as a competitive advantage.Partner with senior operational management on the development and implementation of employee communications plans and programs across the operation.Requirements:Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business related degree, Master's preferred.Ideally 10+ years of experience in strategic and operational HR roles.3+ years of management experience.Travel as needed.Total Compensation:Commensurate with experience.Additional Information:All information will be kept strictly confidential.Applications will not be considered without a Resume/Curriculum Vitae which includes contact information.Learn more about CiresiMorek through the following link: CiresiMorek: The Brand.#J-18808-Ljbffr
