When you work for Sciolex Corporation, you are working for a stable company that values you and is committed to ensuring you receive the utmost employee care.ResponsibilitiesAs a Cyber Engineer you will provide SETA support to the NRO's Integrated Systems Program Office (ISPO) with the Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED). The ISPO is an OPIR Joint Program Office responsible for acquiring the Overhead Persistence GEOINT Architecture (OPGA) that will provide the user community with OPIR capabilities in a modular, open architecture that provides global, persistent, real-time surveillance and activity-based intelligence information. This position supports a hybrid Agile process with the Government as the overall integrator in a Cloud Environment.The selected candidate will be responsible for providing Joint Intelligence Community Government project leads with the planning, organizing and management of cyber security implementation on systems related to satellite ground processing capabilities.Responsibilities:Overall support and oversight of an Information Assurance project/programIntegration, Development, Coordination and Implementation of Information Assurance initiatives in accordance with DoD NIST and Intelligence Community ICD503 processesWork with Directorates and Offices to prepare and provide Assessment and Authorization (A&A) packages for ATOInterface with multiple government agencies in the areas of Information Assurance and act as a liaison between government program offices (Directorates and Offices) and stakeholders in support of security and situational awarenessFoster an environment of open communication among the team to raise issues and impediments often and early to improve transparencyProvides business and systems analysis support for the project, collaborate with customers and teammates to identify, define, interpret, and clarify scope of problems/issues in terms of business/systems requirements and processesQualifications & Physical RequirementsMust be a US Citizen with active TS/SCI security clearance with CI polygraphBachelors and five (5) years or more experienceStrong verbal/written communication skills and facilitation skills to effectively lead discussions across multiple groupsAt least one of the following Certifications: CASP, CCNP, CISA, GCED, GCIH, CCSP, CISSPWorking knowledge of AGILE Scrum and SAFe software development methodsWorking knowledge of IC principles, proceduresThe ability to work proactively, independently, and/or as a member of a highly effective technical team while developing approachesDemonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customersProficient with Microsoft Office Suite and various SE, PM tools**May require overnight travel up to 3 percent of the work year#J-18808-Ljbffr
