Every day, more than 4,000 of us are challenging what's possible and making headway to help improve outcomes.Reporting to the site Plant Manager, the Program Manager II is responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the successful planning, direction and execution of one or more site programs and/or projects including site remediation initiatives, strategic commercial programs and site transfer activities. This person will ensure clear communication with stakeholders and partners, as well as participate in organizational issue resolution.RESPONSIBILITIESMentoring and developing others in the understanding of applicable standards and regulations.Independent management of larger stand-alone high impact strategic initiatives & programs across the product development lexicon, including but not limited to, New Product Development, Acquisition Integration, Exploratory, Sustaining. Team size could span between 10-20 cross-functional members.Leading continuous improvement efforts and teams in the execution of improvement projects.Chartering identified projects, building business cases including financial impact of the improvement opportunity.Act as an independent leader of programs and/or projects working with cross-functional teams.Establish project objectives and work plans including budgets and resource requirements. Delegate assignments to functional area team members and track key project activities to successful completion.Ability to drive effective cross-functional team collaboration to support and optimize ongoing site manufacturing and improvement initiatives.Ensures that customer and patient focus are at the center of Integra's decision making process.Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and resolve product and project risk.Drives for program success while ensuring consistency and alignment across all functional projects by innovatively overcoming constraints, problems and issues.Strong emphasis on exceeding customer expectations, while maximizing value to Integra and maintaining FDA/ISO compliance.DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required for this position.Education:BS Degree in Engineering, Physical or Life Sciences desired.PMP Certification preferred.Experience:A Bachelor's degree in a relevant specialty related to the field (Engineering, Physical or Life Sciences desired) or comparable applied experience related to the functional area.10 or more years of experience in project management or compensatory experience in related functional discipline.Experience with ISO and FDA Quality system regulations, medical device design and development cycles.PMP Certification Preferred.Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects.Experience with medical products preferred.Experienced with ISO and FDA quality systems regulations and medical design and development cycles.LEAN and/or Six Sigma certification.Integra LifeSciences is an equal opportunity employer, and is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants and employees regardless of race, marital status, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, or protected veteran status.This site is governed solely by applicable U.S. laws and governmental regulations.
