Crestwood, Inc., a manufacturer of fine custom cabinetry and related wood products located in Salina, Kansas, is looking for a Department Manager with hands-on experience with finish applications on different wood species and manufacturing processes. Applicants with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Organizational Production principles are preferred.Have you got what it takes to succeed The following information should be read carefully by all candidates.The Crestwood Department Manager will lead the production areas for the Finish Division. The Finish Department Manager will have a crew of potentially 35-45 employees working 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday with extended hours and Fridays, as scheduled. The Finish Department Manager is in charge of various schedules for Part-Time Flex, Part-Time Regular, Full-Time Regular, and Summer/Seasonal.The Finish Department Manager ensures a consistently high-performance level that adds value to our customers by delivering consistently on-time, complete, and beautiful cabinetry.
