The candidates we are looking for can be located anywhere in the US within a reasonable distance of a major airport or close to our headquarters in Horsham, PA, if you prefer an office environment.Like the look of this opportunity Make sure to apply fast, as a high volume of applications is expected Scroll down to read the complete job description.The position is within our Implementation Services team, and the responsibilities include installing, configuring, and training customers on our Manufacturing Execution Software (MES).ResponsibilitiesTrain on and implement Aegis Software products, both remotely and by traveling to customer facilities as required.Manage and communicate tasks/timelines for a given implementation project.Attend project status calls and meetings.Prepare agendas for upcoming customer workshops and visits.Prepare daily trip reports communicating project status and updates to Aegis management.Engage with customers to utilize FactoryLogix with their production processes, providing consulting on best practices and efficient manufacturing processes.Proactively test customizations and integrations prior to client visits.Work closely with project managers to ensure implementation projects align with customer requirements and business goals.Promptly escalate any issues or customer satisfaction concerns to the Implementation Manager.Collaborate with Lead or Senior engineers to improve product knowledge and develop job skills.Required Skills and ExperienceCollege degree and/or extensive work experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Self-motivated/self-starter with a strong initiative to succeed.A positive attitude/customer advocate.Willingness to travel within North America up to 75% of the time.Preferred QualificationsProficient with FactoryLogix or another MES software.Experienced software trainer or System Deployment Engineer.Administration and advanced usage of Microsoft Server operating systems.Proficient in writing SQL queries and/or administration of Microsoft SQL systems.Experienced in manufacturing environments building electronic and/or mechanical products.Knowledge of CAD Design software.Integration experience with ERP and other infrastructure software.Fill Out the Form Below to Apply for This Job#J-18808-Ljbffr
