Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.ResponsibilitiesThe purpose of this position is to provide high level executive support to the ORWH Director.Provides executive expertise needed to coordinate, improve, and oversee the overall functioning of the office.Schedules and maintains an accurate tracking system of all activities.Stays abreast of and implements current regulations, policies and procedures, and updates staff on relevant information.Plans and completes various special projects.Arranges conferences and meetings and contacts attending professionals, makes travel arrangements, maintains complex schedules and calendars, and advises staff on the most effective method and format of presentations.Updates databases and spreadsheets and creates reports for management.Maintains inventory and initiates purchase requests.QualificationsEducation: Minimum - Associates Degree.
