We are looking for experienced Data Scientists that will be responsible for understanding business problems, analyzing complex data sets, developing predictive models, and providing insights to drive data-informed business decisions for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in data science and statistical analysis, has worked on time series data, and has a solid grasp on data science processes (from exploratory data analysis to data visualization and reporting of results).All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application.What You Will Be DoingConduct exploratory data analysis to identify data patterns, trends, and relationships within the datasets.Extract and engineer relevant features to enhance model performance and predictive accuracy.Lead the experimentation strategies (A/B testing, causal inference).Identify trends and growth opportunities through analysis of sophisticated data sets.Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and statistical techniques, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on models to optimize accuracy and efficiency.Present model results and insights in a clear and concise manner through visualizations and reports, allowing stakeholders to understand results and take data-informed actions.Keep oneself up-to-date on the latest advancements and standard methodologies in the data science space.What We Need To SeeMaster's or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field (or equivalent experience).8+ years of experience with manipulating datasets and building statistical models.Programming skills in C/C#/C++, R, Java, JavaScript, and Python is a plus.Knowledge in Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms, such as boosting models and predictive analytics.Experience in using Jupyter Notebooks.Strong analytical and implementation skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.Responsible and can work with minimum supervision.Ability to work under pressure.With competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, we are widely considered to be one of the technology world's most desirable employers, and we have some of the most forward-thinking and growth-mindset people in the world working for us.
