Scroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunityJOB DESCRIPTIONJPMorgan Chase Commercial Banking (CB) Communications team is seeking a self-motivated Communications Manager who is excited about supporting the business community, thrives in a fast-paced environment and can skillfully drive external communications for the Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries (MMBSI) business.As a Communications Manager in Commercial Banking, you will work with senior leaders and bankers as well as cross-functionally across Communications, Marketing and other internal partners to drive end-to-end strategy and execution to support strategic priorities. You will report to the head of Communications for MMBSI and will be joining a team that values partnership, flexibility, an ownership mindset and commitment to excellence.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a high-impact communications strategy and program that is aligned with the business's goals.Build relationships with senior leaders and key internal partners to understand and anticipate communications needs.Initiate and manage communications projects that further the business's brand reputation, e.g., key announcements, PR campaigns, surveys, thought leadership content, messaging, client stories, etc.Increase visibility for the business, its capabilities and spokespeople through strategic media relations, and build and maintain relationships with targeted national, trade and local media.Identify creative storytelling opportunities that humanize the business and its leaders and showcase its expertise, people and successes.Create communications assets and content that support key priorities, including press releases, messaging, talking points, thought leadership content and award submissions.Collaborate cross-functionally across the broader Communications and Marketing organization to contribute to integrated campaigns and partner on executive communications, employee engagement, social media, content development, events, client stories, etc.Track and measure results to showcase business impact.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:7+ years of experience in corporate communications and media relations, with proven ability to develop strong relationships with the media.Relevant experience in financial services and/or business-to-business communications.Ability to effectively develop and execute on high impact communications strategies with a creative approach to storytelling.Excellent writing and editing skills.Strong executive presence and ability to build trust with key partners and stakeholders.Excellent attention to detail.Analytical and strategic thinker exhibiting good judgement.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, navigating matrixed organizations.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to pursue shared goals and drive impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.ABOUT USJPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
