A start date of January 1, 2025 is possible.Duties:Teach undergraduate accounting courses in the area of Organizational Behavior / Human Resource Management, and possibly other areas as identified by the department. There may be an opportunity to teach graduate courses.Deliver courses through traditional, on-line, and alternative instructional methods.Maintain an active research agenda that results in presentations and peer-reviewed publications.Exhibit enthusiasm for engaging with and mentoring students.Participate in service to the department, college, and broader university community, including engagement with the business and professional community.Required Qualifications:Candidates will possess an earned doctorate with a concentration in OB/HR from an AACSB-accredited school by the first day of appointment.
