You will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy, vision, and roadmap for our cybersecurity practice, as well as managing the delivery of cybersecurity projects and solutions. You will also build and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure compliance with federal regulations and standards. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the strategy, vision, and roadmap for our cybersecurity practice for the federal government sector.Manage the delivery of cybersecurity projects and solutions, ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.Build and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback.Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including federal agencies, partners, vendors, and internal teams.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing proposals, bids, and contracts.Monitor and report on the performance and progress of our cybersecurity practice, including financial, operational, and technical metrics.Ensure compliance with federal regulations and standards, such as NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP, and CMMC.Stay abreast of the latest trends, developments, and best practices in cybersecurity, and provide thought leadership and insights to our clients and the industry.QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or related field.At least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years of experience in leading and managing cybersecurity projects and teams.At least 5 years of experience in working with federal government clients, preferably in the defense, intelligence, or homeland security sectors.Strong knowledge of and experience in applying federal cybersecurity regulations and standards, such as NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP, and CMMC.Strong knowledge of and experience in delivering cybersecurity solutions, such as risk assessment, vulnerability management, incident response, security operations, identity and access management, cloud security, and data protection.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple and competing priorities.Professional cybersecurity certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CEH, are preferred.Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, as required by the federal government.#J-18808-Ljbffr
