A high volume of applicants is expected for the role as detailed below, do not wait to send your CV.Job Summary: Coordinates Oaklawn's presence at all Oaklawn-driven and community-organized events where Oaklawn is either a participant or a sponsor. Functions as organization liaison for Oaklawn Auxiliary. Maintains marketing materials and brand standards at all Oaklawn office sites. Supports marketing team with social media and digital media management to enhance overall awareness efforts. Provides additional support to marketing staff as needed.Essential Functions:Consistently uses an outward mindset and puts forth exemplary effort in accomplishing goals and objectives.Provides support to Oaklawn Marketing and Development teams for all Oaklawn events.Communicates with organizations supported by Oaklawn sponsorships to ensure all opportunities are utilized, including providing logos, print ads, banners, or coordinating with Oaklawn staff for event presence.Coordinates physical presence or participation at community-sponsored events, working with Oaklawn team members to provide staffing when applicable.Secures and supplies marketing materials, giveaways, table runners, banners, and necessary items for successful event setups.Utilizes Oaklawn's social media platforms to gain visibility for supported organizations.Coordinates with Oaklawn's Public Relations content writer for newsworthy events and sponsorships.Helps coordinate and plan Oaklawn events, including pre-event reservations and registrations, and is onsite for all events as needed.Maintains brand standards, signage, and brochure racks at all Oaklawn and Oaklawn Medical Group offices and locations.Fulfills Oaklawn online apparel store orders and manages inventory.Coordinates with Oaklawn print shop for printing and delivery of marketing materials.Creates monthly Leadership Forum meeting agenda and speakers. Runs virtual meetings, prepares PowerPoints, and records meeting minutes.Functions as organization liaison to Oaklawn Auxiliary leadership and members.Helps coordinate monthly Auxiliary meetings, annual in-service events, appreciation luncheons, volunteer applications and orientation, and maintains Auxiliary membership roster and records.Minimum Qualifications: Successful completion of two (2) years of college courses. Experience with event management is desired. Two (2) years of experience working in an office environment.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Ability to manage multiple tasks and complete projects on time; self-starter; detail-oriented; knowledgeable of Microsoft products and able to learn new software; social media proficiency; strong interpersonal skills.Working Conditions: Work in an office environment with standard office equipment. Travel to and from Oaklawn offices in a personal vehicle and events.
