Working either independently or with a partner, Housepersons support Housekeepers in their duties effectively.Compensation:$18 - $20 hourlyResponsibilities:Restocking housekeeping supplies in guest and employee closetsRemoving used items from guest rooms and properly disposing of themOverseeing the cleaning of linens and fabrics, and ensuring outdoor areas are clear of clutter and potential safety hazards by removing snow and other obstaclesMaintain a professional appearance by wearing a clean uniform throughout the shiftUse the provided supplies to clean and maintain guest rooms and public spaces, ensuring they are stocked with linens, towels, and amenitiesOperate commercial laundry equipment, including washers and dryers, and manage linen inventory effectivelyWelcome guests warmly, provide information on room amenities, and assist with any inquiries or requestsHandle guest requests, special needs, and complaints professionally and courteouslyAdhere to guidelines for using cleaning chemicals and follow safety regulations diligentlyKeep storage areas well-supplied and organized, working collaboratively with team members for efficient operationsFollow property procedures for handling lost and found items appropriatelyUphold a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property to protect its assetsSuccessfully fulfilling these tasks requires a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of autonomy.Qualifications:Frequent walking, bending, balancing, stooping, reaching, pushing, lifting, manual dexterity and repetitive motions.
