This position will be responsible for the health of a Digital Asset Management (DAM) repository that is part of an ecosystem serving a public-facing website and other marketing channels and enabling sales teams. Organization, teamwork, technical skill, and workflow management are strengths for the successful candidate.LocationThis is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S.The Main ResponsibilitiesDrive end-to-end content transformation by scoping and shaping product strategy, business goals, innovative solutioning, and deliverables for AEM.Define and develop a roadmap for the product in line with the product vision and both intermediate and longer-term business objectives.Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into tailored AEM DAM solutions/product requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation and deployment of solutions.Develop and implement training, processes, and change management strategies to achieve successful AEM user adoption.Deliver training programs and workshops to educate clients and stakeholders on AEM DAM functionality and usage.Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in AEM technologies and provide thought leadership and insights to clients and internal teams.Partner with technical experts to troubleshoot user and backend issues.Establish and maintain relationships with vendors as it relates to the support and development of the DAM.Develop a system that ensures no asset duplication and enables regular "house cleaning."Ensure that digital assets are properly classified, tagged, and formatted for easy retrieval and use.Create guidelines for the cataloging, storage, and retrieval of digital assets to maintain consistency and quality.What We Look For in a CandidateRequiredBachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.3-5+ years related experience with Digital Asset Management systems.Requires attention to detail, advanced project management skills, good communication and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once.Creative problem solving and sense of ownership.Solid communication, presentation, and project management skills.Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.PreferredIn-depth knowledge of AEM DAM capabilities (including Adobe Dynamic Media), including asset ingestion, metadata management, workflow automation, and asset delivery.Strong understanding of DAM best practices, industry standards, and trends.Prior experience with Marketing Technology is preferred.Proven team player with ability to work across all levels in a high intellectual, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) in AEM DAM is preferred.Experience with Seismic Enablement Cloud.Experience supporting sales and creative teams.Experience managing large quantities of digital files.CompensationThe starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location.
