As a Membership-based organization, we serve as an advocate and resource for our Members, and help foster strong connections and engagement through our events and programs.Recognized as a 5-star Accredited Chamber, the NACC is committed to a people-first culture, powered by the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), which focuses on Core Values, placing the right people in the right roles, and maintaining a clear Accountability Chart.We are looking for a candidate who embodies our Core Values -- bringing a helpful, positive, and proactive approach to achieve, educate, and connect our Members, in order to elevate our programs and events.Role and Responsibilities:The Interim Signature Events Manager will manage the planning, logistics, and day-of execution for several key events from October to December 2024. This includes overseeing the Toast to Our Members on October 17, General Membership Luncheon on October 29, the Economic Forecast on November 14, and the President's Reception on December 3. In addition to these events, you will assist in managing and preparing for future Signature Events in 2025.Key Responsibilities:Manage the planning, logistics, and day-of execution of the above mentioned Signature Events.Serve as the Onsite Event Contact, including being the first one in and last one out.Facilitate NACC Staff, Board of Directors (BOD), and volunteer Signature Event participation.Collaborate with vendors, partners, and sponsors to coordinate all event logistics.Adhere to event budgets and NACC financial processes, such as timely, accurate invoice submissions and deposit schedules.Provide weekly updates to the Leadership team on event planning progress and participate in weekly Leadership meetings.Prepare for additional Signature Events in 2025 and support future programming planning.Orchestrate future events, as needed.Maintain detailed event records and gather feedback through post-event surveys.Analyze event performance data to assess areas for improvement.Collaborate with the Finance Manager to reconcile event budgets.This is a hybrid role with a combination of in-office and remote work. Some early-morning, evening, and weekend commitments will be required.
