Hours: Monday to Friday 8:15AM- 4:30PM (Hours can vary depending on start timeSalary: Salary is commensurate with experience and credentials Level I - $48k - $55k annually based on experience Level II - $55k+ annually based on experience Senior Level - $73+ annually based on experienceResponsibilities:Receive and process subrogation claims, seeking recoveries from adverse parties and/or their insurance carriers.Thoroughly review, evaluate and investigate subrogation claims to obtain necessary information for prompt resolution.Negotiate subrogation claims and resolve liability and/or damage disputes for successful recoveries. Efficiently credit recovery checks and issue deductible payments to our insured.Claims are settled and negotiated based on company guidelines and applicable state negligence laws.Professionally respond and communicate on all subrogation related issues.Provide excellent customer service to our policyholders.Job Requirements:Level I - Customer service experience or experience interacting with the public in a professional setting is required or Bachelor's degree.Level II - Minimum 2 years with Property Damage, Auto Claims, or Subrogation experience.Senior Level - Minimum 4 years with Property Damage, Auto Claims or Subrogation experience and completion of AIC or CPCU designationLicense to adjust claims in Texas or Connecticut is a plusBachelor's degree is a plusKnowledge of Claims or Personal Lines are a plusRequires strong oral and written communication skillsTechnical aptitude, including working knowledge with Microsoft OfficeAbility to work in a fast-paced, high volume environmentMust be detail oriented, organized and possess strong time management skillsMulti-tasking, problem-solving and strong decision-making skills.Legal Disclaimer: NJM is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
