Plans, leads, and directs the day-to-day operation of afterschool and summer recreation programs and activities. Ability to lead groups of youth in engaging activities.Dispenses, collects, inventories, and maintains recreation equipment and supplies and oversees the proper use of equipment.May supervise subordinate staff. Maintains records and submits reports with information such as attendance numbers and facility conditions.Oversees safety and behavior of participants; making onsite appropriate decisions.
