Candidates interested in remote work are encouraged to apply.Purpose and Scope:To manage the delivery of a portfolio of training and communication projects which are oriented towards enhancing the maturity of the Ethics & Compliance Program and/or continually improving the operations of the Division.Ensure that training and communications projects have clearly defined goals, objectives, and milestones and work with Project Leaders to drive the execution and maintain appropriate communication across the project stakeholders.To assess and apply the appropriate project management methodologies, adult learning, and communications skills to our training and communications projects.Essential Job Responsibilities:To work closely with E&C Leads and the E&C Leadership Team and support the design, development, delivery, and execution of global training and communications projects.To analyze training and communications activities and surveys and develop recommendations/proposals for training and communications global projects.To maintain up-to-date and accurate training and communications plans and campaigns and other project documentation as deemed appropriate.To maintain, communicate, and lead global projects using an Agile approach for project reporting.To support the identification of training and communications improvement opportunities and the prioritization of training and communications.To work closely with members of Communications & Investor Relations, Human Resources, members of the Executive Committee, functional Heads, and key business partner groups and/or leadership forums on which this role will represent E&C.To support the Head, E&C Transformation, Training & Communications with the development and deployment of the program through internal and external Business Partners.Qualifications Required:5+ years corporate, global communications and training experience.Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles, and global training and communications methodology.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, given the global reach of the role.Ability to develop training content and global learning plans.Experience working in a multi-cultural, matrixed global organization.Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Commitment to ethics, integrity, professionalism, and collegiality, and ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters.Preferred Required:Preferred experience in compliance or related functions (e.g., regulatory, legal, audit, or risk).Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret rules and guidelines, and ability to conceptualize policies and procedures.Strong leadership, collaboration, and English communication skills.Experience in writing and leading global corporate training and communications.Understanding of Agile methodology.Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint Online.5+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals or compliance-related industry.Working Environment:At Astellas, we recognize the importance of work/life balance, and we are proud to offer a hybrid working solution allowing time to connect with colleagues at the office with the flexibility to also work from home.
